What is ACTCS Army Login?
The Army’s Adjutant General, Major General Jefferson S. Burton, announced the launch of ACTCS ARMY LOGIN on June 22nd, 2017. The program is an initiative to help soldiers and family members conveniently report criminal activity, search for military records, access their TRICARE or DEERS information, and more.
How to register and access ACTCS:
1) Go to https://atc.us.army.mil/iastar/login.php upper right corner.
2) Enter your Active Duty username, password, E-mail address and zip code.
3) Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to ACTCS’s secure home page.
4) Click on the “Get Started” tab at the top of the page. 5) Enter your TRICARE username, password and zip code and click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
6) You will be taken to your personal ACTCS home page. Click on the “Ready to Register?” link.
7) You will be taken to a page where you will register for the Military.mil website and the ACTCS service.

Cyber Training Login – US Army
The Army is mandating that all users obtain a CAC in order to log into their accounts. All IT systems utilizing usernames and passwords via AKO for authentication must convert to PKI-based authorization, meaning you will no longer be able use any cached login or previously obtained session from earlier than this conversion date (to ensure uninterrupted service).
